Collection: Booking Policy

⚠️TRANSFERABLE
All bookings made in Scenery Spa are transferable. However, you have to informed us and send us the name(s) of the person who will use your bookings.

⚠️NON REFUNDABLE POLICY
Any payments made through Scenery Spa are non refundable once booked and confirmed. No refunds will be provided by Scenery Spa for any booking missed due to cancelled, rescheduled or no show.

⚠️NO CANCELLATION POLICY
One dates are taken off the system, they become unavailable to other clients. If you fail to arrive/no show or cancel the booking, payment will be automatically forfeited.

⚠️NO RESCHEDULING POLICY
Once booking is confirmed it cannot be amended or modified. In the event of natural phenomenon, force majeure, or mandated government cancellations, guest will not be entitled to a refund but may be able to move their booking to a later date.

⚠️HEALTH EMERGENCY CONDITION
In regards to any Health Emergency Condition rescheduling will be considered but you will be required to submit a proper certification and documentation from your attending physician.

⚠️RESCHEDULING FEES
Please note that we do have ₱1,000 per person 'RESCHEDULING FEE' for both situation under;

(a) natural phenomenon, force majeure, or mandated government cancellations.
